Emma Hardie 'amazing face MORINGA CLEANSING BALM' ♡

When i first became interested in 'all things beauty' i saw this Emma Hardie cleansing balm raved about A LOT! So i realised that i should probably try it out myself to see what the big hype was all about. Now, before i get started i realise that i am very late at trying this product so i do apologise.

I decided at the very beginning of this year that i am going to try out a new skincare routine (or just different skincare products) every month and see if i notice a difference in my skin. So at the beginning of january i decided to give this cleanser a go.

So far i have found this product very simple to use. You simply apply a small amount of the cleanser to your face and blend it all over using a bit of water to help it turn into a sort of paste. Just massage it into the skin for a minute or two and then rinse off with a muslin cloth. My skin is combination skin (if i haven't mentioned before). I get dry patches all over my face but i also have a slightly oily t-zone.
I thought using this cleanser might increase the oil count in my skin but it actually just leaves my skin really moisturised and hydrated. I would say this cleansing balm has quite a strong smell. I am awful at describing scents but i would say its quite floral and almost fruity (it has orange extract in it so that is probably why haha). So i would 100% say that from using this cleanser for just under a month i have already seen an improvement with the dryness of my skin.

I wouldn't actually say that i have seen much of a difference in terms of 'spots, comedones and blemishes'. I do get quite blocked pores around my nose area and i haven't seen a difference since using this product unfortunately. But luckily this product didn't break me out in spots, i haven't seen a bad change in my skin i just haven't seen a good one (in terms of spots etc).

Overall i have enjoyed using this product and i do love the way my skin feels afterwards but i still don't feel like i have found a cleanser that i absolutely love and want to repurchase. i just feel that for me personally the cleanser isn't worth the money and i probably won't repurchase it.

I am going to carry on looking on peoples blogs and looking for another cleanser to try for February.
