BOTD// Bath Of The Day

So the other evening I was feeling a bit 'bleurgh' and decided to have a long soak in the tub. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who does this to cheer themselves up?) Anyway, I thought I would take a few snaps and share with you a few of the products I used etc.

On this particular occasion I decided to have a glass of wine, not something I always do but if that's what you're feeling then go for it! I made a bowl of fresh fruit to nibble on too. I lit my Diptique candle which I adore, because candles are the best thing to help you relax and de stress. Another think I always do when I'm in the bath to stop myself from getting too bored is watch some Youtube videos. I always get comments on my Instagram about how 'brave' I am for taking my Laptop in with me and balancing it so close to the bath haha. But I would get so bored in the bath if I didn't have my laptop. On this particular evening I was catching up on a few of Gabby's videos.

I pretty much always use a lush product in my bath, just because I love Lush so much! I keep a box in my room full of goodies from there and I always look forward to bath time so that I can choose something from my box to use. I chose to use my 'Unicorn Horn' which was a limited edition bubble bar from the Valentines collection. The thing I love about bubble bars are that you can get quite a few uses out of them, so makes it better value for money. I probably only used about 1/3 of the bar and I still had a bath full to the brim with bubbles! The smell was gorgeous and my skin was left feeling lovely and soft.

I did also some of my Glamglow Youthmud face mask because my skin is going through a bit of a rubbish time at the moment (due to stupid hormones) and this mask is excellent at sorting out troubled skin. I used my Zoella Soak Opera as a body wash too.

What are your bath time essentials?

Lots of love x

  1. Oh god, seeing that laptop makes me panic :) I always put it miles away from me so when I want to pause it actually have to get out of the tub.. (That's why I read a book instead)
